Due to the nature of our products and for customer safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any supplements, even if unopened.

We understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ascendlabs.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
