Shipping Rates & Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping.

Delivery Estimates:

  • United States: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–21 business days. Customs processing may cause additional delays depending on your country’s policies.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Ascend Labs is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipment. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Issues:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ascendlabs.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos. We will review the issue and offer a resolution at our discretion.

Carrier Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has left our facility, but we will support you in tracking your shipment.

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can monitor your delivery.
